1. All parties who need to approve the mixes have approved them as FINAL
2. All alt mixes needed (Instrumental, TV, etc.) are included in the delivery of the final mixes for mastering
3. The final mixes are exported as 24bit WAV files, 44.1kHz or higher, no up-sampling
4. Double check your mixes for any unwanted errors, pops, glitches, peaks, and distortion
5. The final mixes start and stop clean (downbeat isn’t cut off, reverb tail rings out fully)
6. Bypass the final limiter and all mix-buss processing that is not essential to the mix
7. If the artist has been listening to a master-level reference mix ("heater mix", "faux master", etc.), include that mix with the delivery of final mixes for mastering
8. For bonus points, a great naming convention is “[Artist Name] - [Track Number] - [Track Title] - [Mix Version]”
9. for albums and EP’s, If you have precise spacing in mind, bounce one long mp3 that I can line up to (optional)
10. notes on direction, expectations, sonic references, etc. are not required but always appreciated.
